Hi, I’m a computer professional of over 15 years.  I live and work near Little Rock, Arkansas.  Working in the computer industry, I fully understand the security required to use today’s Internet.  In fact, I have been a long time advocate for Internet security, and advise everyone I know or work with to secure their computers.  As you can imagine, I pride myself on keeping my computer free of viruses and Spyware.

 

When someone told me about this service, I was skeptical, but interested, because I have learned not to discount anything without first checking it out, and I had never heard of a managed protection service like this for personal and small business users.  I pointed my browser to the address I was given and “ran the test,” certain that I would not find any problems on my computer.

At that point I was embarrassed and shamed.  “What about all the people I thought I had been helping in the past?”  I asked myself.  Had I done them a disservice?  I quickly came to the realization that this service was, in fact, everything I had been told, and that it is worth much more than what it cost.  First thing the next morning, I signed up as an ISA and protected my and my wife’s computers.  My head began to spin thinking of all the people that need our help, because they truly don’t understand just how at risk they are.

Shortly after getting the emails with my ISA information, I logged in and checked out the FREE Business Center web site.  Again I was surprised.  Not only does this company offer a phenomenal service, but they GIVE you the tools to promote it and track your business.  You don’t have to pay extra for “this, that and the other thing’ like so many other companies.  This company wants YOU to succeed.  They don’t want you to give all the money that YOU work for back to THEM.

My name is Jack J.  I am President of a California Community Development Corporation.  We are a non-profit company that provides services to about 4,000 low to moderate income families in more than thirty apartment complexes.  Each complex has a

community room and a computer lab with 10 or more PCs for the use of the residents.  The greatest challenge in the computer labs is keeping the kids from bringing spyware and viruses into the labs or laoding programs that cause the computers to be unusable.

 

The kids found ways to work around the protective systems that had been installed to protect the PCs.  More than a year ago I had Trend Micro's PC-Cillin installed in all 300 computers, hoping that the highly rated program would solve the problem.  It didn't.  So we

had to hire computer techs to routinely clean the hard drives, which was very expensive.  A couple of months ago, one of the apartment managers told me about your service.  His apartment complex has about 300 children of all ages.  They use computers from 3:30 in

the afternoon to 6:30.  The manager and his wife spent a great deal of time during their off hours keeping hard drives cleaned so the kids who need to do homework have computers that work.  I had your service installed on his ten computers and on mine as well.  It now two months later and there have been zero problems.  I have recommended to our management company that we install your software on all of the 300 computers that are used by the residents.

I have been an Internet Safety Advocate with this company for almost a year now and I continue to be more amazed with this service than when I first saw it.  The other day I had downloaded some MP3 files from a web page called "LimeWire" and no sooner did I
